- This solicitation is amended for the beverage base components of the MRE to include Non-Dairy Creamer: The single serve component is as follows: (Creamer Non-Dairy) - 24,650,000; Contracts will be Indefinite Quantity Contracts for a one-year period with two one-year option periods.
