GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS ITEM DESCRIPTION, BODY/INSULATION MATERIAL POLYSTYRENE P/MIL-M-21347 OR GLASS-FILLED NYLON P/L-P-395, TYPE 2, CLASS 3, GRADE A I/A/W SPEC NR MILC9177B QP DASH 0010 TYPE NUMBER M9177/05-2. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 5000 - 25,000. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery schedule ? 90 DAYS. See Note 9 AND 26.
