- Description
- The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, technicians, instruments, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, parts, testing, and supervision required to perform the inspection, testing and maintenance of the water distribution valves and fire hydrants in conjunction with this Project No. 97-810 in accordance with the specifications and contract drawing number 7-538. The services will be performed at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43213. The contract period is for one year with four one year options. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. Contractor submitting offers shall have not less than a minimum of two years of work experience in having satisfactorily performed work of the type and magnitude required by this project. A site visit is strongly recommended and may be arranged by contacting Mr. William Capilino at DSCC-WB, telephone (614)692-6710. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on or about April 24, 2002.
