- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INTEGRATED TEST FACILITY, NASA LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER, HAMPTON, VA SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicition release date from March 22, 2002 to April 19, 2002. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to on or about May 29, 2002. The firm date will be referenced in the solicitation. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFO posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on April 9, 2002 and published in FedBizOpps on April 9, 2002. Documents related to this solicitation will be available over the Internet. These documents are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
