- Description
- NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 1(ONE)each of a Phantom V5.0 monochrome camera with 2 sec.image memory @ 1,000 FPS. FOB TERMS MUST ALSO BE LISTED! This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 3861 and 500 employees, respectively, The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ-3-199490 is on or about 4-9-02 with an anticipated quote due date of on or before 4-15-02. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4-15-02, NO EXCEPTIONS!! ALL QUOTES MUST BE IN WRITING! NO PHONE QUOTES MAY BE SUBMITTED, NO EXCEPTIONS!! All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed - See NASA Specific Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
