- Description
- Single award term contract (in two categories) for the IRS/Atlanta, GA. Beginning Date of Award and ending May 31, 2003, with four possible options years (if applicable). Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the generating of IRS Surveys requiring such operations as electronic prepress, proofs, prior-to-production sample, printing/overprinting, monitoring pre-assigned ID numbers, updating furnished electronic files, packing, and mailing. Approximately 200 orders under Category 1 (requiring four waves of mailing per order): 1st Wave - letter; 2nd Wave - survey packet; 3rd Wave - Reminder postcard; 4th Wave - 2nd survey packet. Approximately 20 order under Category 2 (reguiring two waves of mailing per order): 1st Wave - survey packet; 2nd Wave - Reminder postcard. Approximately 150 to 25,000 copies per wave, per survey recipient. Prior-to-production samples required when indicated. Mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Complete production and delivery is required within 2 to 19 workdays. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder?s letterhead. Reference Program 1448-S on request.
