- Description
- General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space which must yield a minimum of 958 to a maximum of 1053 Boma Usable Feet for personnel, furniture, and equipment for the Vetrans Administration Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Division. This requirement also includes 8 staff parking spaces and 5 customer parking spaces on site. The location should be within the Central Business District of the City of El Paso, TX. The space should be contiguous on one floor. Lease Term: 5 years, 3 years firm. Occupancy: No later than September 1, 2002. Expressions of interest should include: Building name and address; Rentable square feet and rate per rentable foot; Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; Common Area Factor of space; Name, address, and phone number of individual to be contacted and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Offers Due Date: May 1, 2002.
