- Description
- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) intends to award a contract utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of the FAR Part 13 for the following services in Washington, DC during the period from May 12 , 2002 (check-in) through May 17, 2002 (check-out): -- Sleeping rooms available for approximately fifty-five (55) guests daily at or below the government lodging rate for Washington, DC -- Two (2) conference meeting rooms to accommodate approximately 30 guests in each room daily -- One (1) hospitality room per day -- Continental breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins, etc.) for approximately sixty (60) guests each day -- Afternoon refreshments (soft drinks, water, fruit, etc.) for approximately sixty (60) guests each day -- The contractor shall provide a secured storage space at the facility that is accessible only by designated government personnel to store government materials (i.e., manuals, flip charts, etc) May 10-17, 2002 -- Point of Contact: Cassandra Bates , (202) 663-4253, EEOC-PMD,1801 L Street NW, Room 2409, Washington, DC 20507 -- Questions must be submitted in writing via fax at (202) 663-4178 or e-mail to the attention of Cassandra Bates at Cassandra.Bates@eeoc.gov.
