- The solicitation notice appearing in FEDBIZOPS , March 12, 2002, for technical support services related to the National Strategy Effluent Guidelines Program Plan for 2002 for The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Water, Office of Science Technology, Engineering and Analysis Division is modified as follows: The period of performance is changed from a 7 year effort to a 10 year effort consisting of a Base Year and 9 one year option periods. The base year level of effort will consist of 10,000 direct labor hours with quantity options for an additional 40,000 level of effort direct labor hours. Each additional option year level of effort will consist of 10,000 direct labor hours with quantity options for an additional 40,000 direct labor hours. Total maximum direct labor hours for the 10 year maximum period of performance is 500,000 direct labor hours. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. See Cincinnati website for posted draft Statement of Work for this requirement. Be advised Statement of Work changes are possible. It is anticipated that this RFP will be available during the first week of May 2002. Solicitation PR-CI-02-10449 will appear on the internet.
