- Item 0001 - socket, 4 each. Item 0002 - torque meter, 4 each. Item 0003 - data requirements for item 0002, certificate of compliance and certification of mercury free.Item 0004 - torque meter, 4 each. Item 0005 - data requirements for item 0004, certificate of compliance and certification of mercury free. Item 0006 - torque multiplier, 3 each. Item 0007 - torque multiplier, 3 each. Item 0008 - impact socket extension, 4 each. Tools must be Snap-on or equal. Products other than brand name specified will need to submit product literature with quotes for evaluation. Delivery is at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590. All quotations must be priced FOB Destination. Copies of this quotation will be available at www.neco.navy.mil under business opportunites no later than 4/22/02. This acquistion is not set aside for small business.
