- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Lakehurst, intends to procure Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Pump and Motor Test Modules. The Pump and Motor Test Modules shall utilize the Navy's A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand (HCTS) for its source of hydraulics. The units shall contain all of the interface and instrumentation to perform the testing in accordance with the applicable technical manuals. The required basic quantity is for 9 each Pump and Motor Test Modules, including 2 Pre-Production units, and associated Technical and Logistics Data. There will be one option for up to 5 additional Pump and Motor Test Modules. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The 2 Pre-Production Units shall be ready for contractor testing (one unit) and delivery for government evaluation (one unit) within 150 days after contract award. Delivery shall be FOB Origin. The solicitation will be posted on the NAVAIR homepage located at http:// www.navair.navy.mil. Select "Business" then "Doing Business With Us" and "Open Solicitations." Hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. The government will not accept electronic proposals.
