- The Command Navy Region Northeast intends to award a sole source purchase order M/A-Com Sigint Products, 10713 Gilroy Rd. Hunt Valley, MD 21030-0868 for (3) IF to Tape converters . This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 12 April 2002. This notice is not a request for quotation. No solicitation is available. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
