- NA This solicitation is to be bid as -All or None.- Vendor is to inspect a total of 20 boilers at 3 different army posts throughout Alaska. All 20 boilers will be inspected once in May 2002 and then again in Sept. 2002. Inspection will require authorized i nspectors to inspect boilers internally and externally. Period of Performance-dates, The Scope of Work, Inspector Qualifications, Boiler Ratings, and the type of test to be performed to the boilers are all included in the solicitation.
