- NA PN 23301, Upgrade Night Fire Range will upgrade existing range 9 (a Modified Record Fire Range)including an observation tower, 150 person covered mess fdacility, 300 person classroom building, 150 person bleacher enclosure, ammo breakdown building, night l ighting, security fencing, parking, target cabling and control wiring (between existing and new control tower only), water well, maintenance roads, latrine with sewage treatment, antiterrorism/force protection measures and other ancillary improvements. PN 16032, Automated Record Fire Range will convert an existing 25-meter Range 3. Construction will include 16 foxholes, 112 target emplacements, observation tower, 150 person bleacher enclosure, security fencing, parking, target cabling and control wiring , connection to existing water main system maintenance roads, connection to existing sanitary sewer system by means of a force main improvements to overhead electrical services, anti-terrorism/force protection measures and other ancillary improvements.
