Description

NA 17. PRON: AX2F0143AX, NSN: 5640-01-125-9917, PN: 70500-03050-070, Quantity: 400 each min/1792 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O. B. Destination in with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX, New Cumberland, PA, and Stockton, CA . The required delivery is 400 each 180 days after contract award. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manu facturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. Thi s acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible so urces may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
