- NA DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Reques t for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-02-T-0027 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421320 size standard is 100 employees. The following items are intended to be purchased for the Governme nt:CLIN 0001 2,500 Tons of Ballast, Limestone #8 OR #78 ONLY; and CLIN 0002 430 Tons of Ballast, Limestone Rock #4. Items are to be delivered to Camp Shelby, Mississippi 39407 NOT LATER THAN MAY 17, 2002. Point of Contact at Camp Shelby for more infor mation on this is Ms. Wanda Moser, 601-558-2509.
