- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation for the contractor to provide all labor, tools and materials to perform office and furniture moving services as required. Services shall be on an as needed basis from 15 April 2002 ? 15 July 2002. The location for moving services is HQ, USSOCOM, Bldg 501, MacDill AFB, FL. The customer will require disassembly, moving and reassembly of office furniture and cubicles as needed during a renovation project. Most of the work will be conducted after business hours. Provide an hourly rate for a systems? furniture installer, installer supervisor, electrician, truck driver and truck rental. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 94-2126 (Rev 11) is incorporated into this synopsis/solicitation. NAICS Code is 488991 and small business size standard is $21.5 million. This is a total small business set-aside. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 52.232-7, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with its offer.
