- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation for 2 each VITec ELT, Model SW-0100; 2 each VITec ELT-Register/Mosaic, Model SW-0110; 2 each, VITec ELT-ADRG, Model SW-0110; 2 each, VITec ELT-NITFS, Model SW-0130; 2 each, VITec ELT-I/O, Model SW-0140; 2 each, VITec ELT-Mensuration, Model SW-0180; 2 each, VITec ELT-Yardstick, Model SW-0181; 2 each, VITec ELT-Image Comparison, Model SW-0190; 2 each, VITec ELT-TFRD, Model SW-0220; 2 each, VITec ELT-Search, Model SW-0230. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to HQ USSOCOM/SOAL/IIS, 7701 Tampa Point Blvd., MacDill AFB, FL. NAICS Code is 443120 and small business size standard is $6.5 million. This is a total small business set-aside. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001.
