- SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING POTENTIAL CLAIMS. The Electronic System Center, Strategic and Nuclear Deterrence Command and Control System Program Office (ESC/NDK), Hanscom AFB, MA 01731-2120 is seeking information on potential claims payable under PL 107-117 ? 8122. The purpose of this notice is to identify subcontractors who may have legitimate claims related to work performed under Contract # F19628-97-C-0105 between the United States and the Raytheon Company, in support of the Clear Radar Upgrade program, and as contemplated by Section 8122 P.L. 107-117 (FY 02 Defense Appropriations Act). If your company has a potential claim as described above, please submit a description of the potential claim and amount, on company letterhead, to the address below. Additionally, include a brief statement as to why you believe it is payable under this statute. Your response should include the basis of the potential claim and should include the name, telephone number and address, including e-mail address if available, of an individual within the company who is authorized to represent the company for any communications related to the potential claim. Also identify the name, address and phone number of any counsel authorized to represent the company in these matters, if any. Responses to this notification must be received in this office not later than 26 April 2002 by 4:00 p.m. EST.
