- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-0038. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN): DCN-- 20020314. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3679. NAICS Code is 334515. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement and acquisition that is Name Brand or Equal for the following: Endevco Piezoresistive Pressure Transducer, Model and Part No.#: 8515C-15. Quantity 55-each. The pressure transducers must meet all aspects of environmental specifications. They will be installed to measure and record acoustic data on the Flight Test Center aircraft.
