- Description
- The Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan is in need of a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to perform lawn care, tree care, and shrub care throughout the Medical Center grounds. This is a cascaded solicitation set-aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (JUL 1996), this solicitation has been set-aside for small businesses. In the event that two or more responsive and responsible small businesses do not respond to this RFQ, this procurement will be open for full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which may be considered after review of small business quotes. the NAICS code is 561730. The size standard is $6 million dollars. See numbered note 1.
