- NA The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2) Network Contracting Activity is conducting discussions with Dr. Jian Gao for the continuation of econometrics services in support of ongoing Research Project VCR 500-9900. This action is considered as a sole source contract award pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1).
