- Description
- Removal and disposal of existing roofing and all associated flashing. Furnish and install roofing shingles, ice and water shield roofing underlayment, 40 mil. Bituthene self-adhering membrane, new galvanized metal vent flashing, and ridge shingles, in accordance with manufactures specifications. Building no. 112 has approximately 1700 actual square feet of roofing, Building no. 113 has approximately 1850 actual square feet of roofing, and Building no. 106 has approximately 2430 actual square feet of roofing. Remove shed roof entrances of building no. 106 and replace with gable roofs. Replace entrance door and frame to building no. 113 and repair structural damage.
