Description: Potable water truck rental services on a day by day basis, fully operational for use during fire emergencies in Region 1 of the Forest Service, which includes all National Forests in the State of Montana and 3 National Forests in Northern Idaho (Clearwater, Nez Perce, and Idaho Panhandle). Offers shall only be accepted for the primary geographic area where truck and operator are located. There is no minimum usage or guarantee. Multiple awards within each geographic area are anticipated. Estimated period of performance is June 1, 2002 through May 30, 2003. Contractors awarded contracts during 2001 season will be sent current solicitation documents.
