Description

The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), intends to issue a sole source contract to the company Agdia Inc. The procurement is for (15) Plum Pox Virus ELISA antibody test kits. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. . The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
