- Synopsis for Public Restroom Renovation at the Byrne/Green Complex, 600 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE This modification is to add the following: Option II - Renovate restrooms located on the fifth floor within the Green Building. Provide new ceiling registers within the restrooms on the fourth floor. Provide new ball valves on the domestic water lines. In addition, stop valves shall be installed at the devices utilizing angle valves set at a 45-degree angle. Remove the existing pressure reducing valves. Provide new pressure reducing valves. Valves must be adjusted to the proper pressure. Duration of Option II work - 30 days A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 13, 2002 at 10:00 am, 2nd floor, Conference Room A at the Green/Byrne Facility. The estimated cost of this project is approx. $1,000,000 to $2,500,000.00 including Options I and II.
