- Contractor to provide all labor, material, transportation and equipment, including ventilation equipment to remove, prepare surface, install and refinish deck coverings per specifications provided. Area of performance Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Bremerton, WA; Bangor Submarine Base Bangor, WA; Port of Tacoma, WA; Naval Station Everett, WA; and Port of Seattle, WA. The resultant contract will be a firm, fixed price, idefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $30,000.00. The period of performance will be on or about Jun 01, 2002 through 31 May 2003 and may include two, one year option periods. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Contract documentation will be available through internet site, or URL, for the Navy Electronic Commerce Page: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government will not maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejections of same.
