Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award an ?M? type Supply Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price Provisions to Vector Software, 1130 Ten Rod Road, Suite F-207, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source under Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to obtain: Item (1) QTY Five AdaCAST SPARC (Solaris), Vector Software P/N AC-SOL; (2) QTY Five Lots AdaCAST Maintenance, Vector Software P/N AC-MAI. Award is sole source, as the parts are required to ensure compatibility. Delivery is required as FOB Destination to Newport, Rhode Island, 5 days after date of contract award. The North American Industry Classification is 511210, $18.0 Million. This acquisition is sole source to a small business. This is for a foreign military sale. Estimated RFQ date is 4/5/2002.
