- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the Risk Mitigation Sensor, Blue Velvet Mission, Infrared Avionics Support IAW the statement of work. This requirement is sole sourced to China Lake Technologies, Inc. (CLTI) 525 W Bataan, Ridgecrest, CA 93555 owned and operated by the personnel who developed the RMS technical specification, acquisition, evaluation, and equipment flight testing during the previous three launch events. Any firms believing that they can provide the Services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
