- NA Local Area Network Centralization (LAN) Service for the US Army Corps of Engineers and other supported sites. The contract must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide a vehicle through whi ch LAN/MAN/WAN communications support services and office automation support services can be acquired. Office automation support services are defined as all activities that involve desktop hardware support, software support services, communications suppor t, LAN/MAN/WAN support, and Help Desk information management support. The Government intends to award a Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract, which will allow use of performance based delivery orders to execute specific work requirements, for an initial twelve (12) month period, with an option for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods. Services will commence on/or about 30 September 2002. The size standard associated with NAICS Code 541519 - $18 million per year is applicable. This p roposed procurement has been accepted under the Small Business Administration competitive 8(a) Program. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps Website at http://www.eps.gov or the Army Single Face to Industry Web Site at http://acqui sition.army.mil for current status of solicitations and amendments. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD Central Contractor Registration database at w ww.ccr.gov. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of solicitation.
