- Description
- Provide Professional A/E services for project 614-02-101 Dental Services Upgrade at the VAMC, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. It is the intent of the VAMC Memphis to have the A/E fully survey, investigate, and document the existing space and utility systems in order to gain the necessary knowledge and insight necesary to prepare quality, accurate documents in a professional and competent manner. This project is set aside for emerging small business (1/2 the size of a small business)- NAICS code 541310- factors to be considered: 1. Team proposed for this project 2. Proposed management plan 3. Previous experience of team proposed for this project 4. Location and faciliites of working offices 5. Present proposed design approach for this project. 6. Cost Control 7. Estimating effectiveness, 8. Schedule control 9. Describe experience and capabilites in the following areas: value exgineering, critical path, energy conservation, specialized experience, computer aided design and drafting 10- Miscellaneous such as litigation over the last five years, and type of insurance coverage. The construction estimate for this project is between $250,000-$500,000. Firm must be located within a 25 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Submit 254's and 255's directly to Florence Winfield.
