Description
The U. S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA), is soliciting proposals to select a contractor to provide the personnel, material, equipment and services in order to assist the Office of Financial and Administrative Services (OFAS) with (1) general Federal Budgetary, accounting, and financial and program reporting tasks and (2) audit, attestation, review, or compilation services conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (GAS) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Standards for Attestation Engagements (SAE), or Standards on Accounting and Review Services (SARS). The period of performance shall be twelve months from the date of contract execution. Indefinite-quantity/Indefinite-Delivery type contracts are contemplated being awarded under this solicitation. It is anticipated that two contracts will be awarded under this solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541219, with a 7 million size standard. Requests for Proposals will be available on the FedBizOpps site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, approximately 15 days from the date of publication. Request for Proposals in hard copy form will be available, on a first come, first -served basis until the supply is exhausted. Telephone request will not be honored. For request made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation document. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be May 15, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Request for proposals must cite RFP-DCS-02-21 and must include two self-addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in receipt of the solicitation. No collect calls will be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the websites for any amendments made to this solicitation. Offerors interested in networking and/or being placed on a bidders list for the above referenced RFP, please provide the Name and Address of Organization; Telephone Number; and Point of Contact.
