- Defense Energy Support Center (DESC): Small Business Office is attempting to broaden its supplier community of Native American concerns for the following commodities and/or services: natural gas, all petroleum based fuels and heating fuels; electricity, utility privatization and into-plane and ship bunkers; services such as aircraft refueling concerns interested in supplying energy products and/or services to the Federal Government should contact Ms. Moore or Ms. Sellers.
