- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to provide preventive maintenance services at Crystal Mall 1; South Tower; Crystal Plaza 2; Crystal Park 2; Crystal Plaza 3; and Crystal Plaza 3/4, Crystal City, Virginia. Performance is expected to begin o/a February 1, 2000 and will continue through January 31, 2001. The Government shall have a unilateral option to extend the term for two consecutive years on a year-to-year basis. This sealed bid solicitation will be issued o/a October 26, 1999 with bids due o/a December 8, 1999. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
