- This synopsis is posted in conjunction with this solicitation RFO2-38090 GLR. This synopsis takes the place of RFQ2-38088 GLR. This notice is being issued as a Request for Offer for PROVIDING DRAWINGS AND REPLACING THE BOILER AT N223 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. The bid walk for this job will be held Tuesday April 23, 2002, at 2:00 PM in Building 19, Room 1010. Submit personnel information for badging to Roger Miller (650) 604-3681 no later than one day prior to the bid-walk. Mr. Miller should ONLY be contacted for bid-walk badging. For all contractual questions between April 8-19, contact Patricia Mendoza (650) 604-6332. The provisions and clauses in the RFO are those in effect through FAC 97-27. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 235110 AND $12.0, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. The order of magnitude is between $100,000 and $500,000. All qualified responsible business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C3. Offers for the job described above are due by May 7, 2002 to NASA AMES RESEARCH CENTER, MAILSTOP 241-1, MOFFETT FIELD, CA 94035-1000, ATTN: GABRIEL ROMERO and must include, solicitation number, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), and be signed by an authorized company representative on the Standard Form 1442 provided in the solicitation. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See NASA Specific Note "B". Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
