- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Systran Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis, a purchase of 6 FibreXtreme SL100 PMC Data Link network interface cards, part #FHG4SWB04-00 and 1 year annual maintenance, 6 each FibreXtreme PCI, SL100 Data Link Network Interface cards, part #FHG4-PC4SWB04-00 and 1 year maintenance, 6 each FibreXtreme Software License for SL100/SL240 data link driver, HP-UX 11.0, part #FSD6-PCHP1EC0-00 and 1 year maintenance, 1 each Fibre Xtreme Software, Documentation, and Media, HP-UX 11.0 executable code, CDROM, part #FED6-PCHP1EOR-00, 6 each FC Fiber Optic Cables, part #FHAC-S2LC5000-00, Annual maintenance for SL100 PMC Cards. Sole source is based on items being proprietary to existing equipment at NRL. See note(s) 22.
