- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: GC++XMTOR-PCC-W Multi 2000 Integrated Development Environment for Tornando Real-time Operating System on Power PC, Qty 5. A GC++XMTOR - PPC - W Annual support for Multi 2000 Integrated Development Environment for Tornando Real Operating System on Power PC Qty 5. This requirement is sole sourced to Green Hills Software, 131 Avenida Victoria, San Clemente, CA 92672 as the only qualified and approved vendor to provide the proprietary software package.
