- The Bureau of Reclamation, intends to complete a streamlined cost = comparison pursuant to OMB Circular A-76 of all operations at the Weber Basin Job = Corps Civilian Conservation Center, Ogden, UT. The cost comparison will be completed by = September 30, 2002. This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only. Should = the cost comparison result in the Government In-House Cost Estimate being above the range of = contract cost estimates, a solicitation will be issued on or about October 31, 2002.
