- NA Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with the installation of a new 30? by 52? wood laminated arch pavilion (Government furnished), including new concrete slab-on-grade and footings; c onnection to the water service in the clubhouse and extension to the pavilion site; installation of a new hose hydrant and new handicap accessible drinking fountain, connection to the existing overhead electrical primary power lines on Pearl Street; instal lation of two new service poles and new service transformer; installation of new underground secondary service from the transformer to the pavilion; installation of lights and receptacles in the pavilion; installation of a new paved walkway/roadway from th e existing gravel parking lot to the pavilion; installation of new gravel pedestrian walkway and roadway and electrical service to them; and all associated site, grading, and turf restoration work. The contract type shall be ?Firm Fixed Price Constructio n?. This procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone concerns under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1305 (b). The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) Code is 233320. This procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The anti cipated issue/posting date will be on or about April 22, 2002. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum?s Web Page. All responsible sources (HUBZone concerns) may submit a bid, which will be considered . The solicitation will not be mailed out and no Bidder?s Mailing List (BML) will be maintained. The entire bid package will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page, no hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to bid are requir ed to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting web page for any/all amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to any amendments may render the bid to be considered as non-responsive and thereby rejected. The bids must be supplied in hard copy form to t he Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, no electronic bids will be accepted.
