- NA The contractor shall provide technical, engineering, operational and equipment procurement support services for the Research, Development and Engineering Center (RDEC) Special Project Office (SPO) COMBAT (CL). Expertise is required in all aspects of progr am support for hardware/software systsems that fall under the purview of CL. A wide range of expertise and services is necessary to support the Interoperability and Compatibility Testing, Integration, Networking, Modeling and Simulation and field Demonstr ation functions. The government plans to award a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with the issuance of Time and Material Task Orders. There will be two (2) twelve (12) month options. The award will be based on the best overall proposal determined to be the most beneficial to the government.
