- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation #DA HA23-02-T-0070 may be viewed in its entirety at www.uspfo-mo.org. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. This request is being solicited as 10 0% set aside for 8(a) Vendors under SIC Code 3812. The Missouri National Guard desires a firm-fixed price contract for a quantity of 1 each Digital Interface Test Unit for testing and repairing Command Processor on UH-60 Aircraft equal to or greater than Astronautics Corporation of America?s Digital Interface Test Unit P/N TE158710-1 consisting of the following items: Digital Interface Test Unit, P/N TE158710-1; CIP/Test Set Cable Assembly, P/N TE159793; Test Probe Cable Assembly, P/N 165916-2 (Red); Test Probe Cable Assembly, P/N 165916-10 (Black); GIPS/CIP ATP Diskette, P/N 181705-002 (Paperwork that states how to perform test.); and ATL Interpreter Executable Diskette, P/N 180974-001. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if determi ned by the Contracting Officer is necessary. Should discussions be deemed necessary because of proposal deficiency or other issues, they will be conducted either orally or in writing, only with those offerors determined to be in the competitive range. Th e offeror will be given the opportunity to correct the deficiencies and resubmit their offer. The Government will select the most technically acceptable, low cost offer, representing the best value to the Government. Delivery will be quoted f.o.b. destin ation to Springfield, MO 65803. Offeror will submit: (l) Technical quotation which lists the components that make up the Interface Test Unit; (2) Past Performance Evaluation-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-2 (Submit not less than three Government references that include a point of contact and telephone number.); (3)Delivery Date after contract award; and (4)Cost for test set. Failure to submit the four items can result in your quotation not being considered. The following clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instr uctions to Offers-Commercial Items; include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7001 and DFARS 252.225-7004.
