- Description
- NA Furnish and deliver 7,000 tons of washed sand product. The product shall have the GEO-Technical properties and grading. Please see Scope of Work in the solicitation for the required analysis and inspection. Sand is to be delivered (FOB destination) to M cMullen Target Range, 2200 FM 624, Tilden, Texas 78072-3015. All offerors are encouraged to access a map of the site location via internet. For a fax copy of the drawings/measurements of the pits where the sand is to be dropped, please contact Roberto Pe na @ (210) 977-3341. Contractor shall be responsible for providing freight from point of production to point of delivery. Vehicles must be required to operate on a gravel road surface of approximately 5 miles. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (5/2001) 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (10/2000), applies to this acquisition.
