- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, weights, measures and testing materials to perform all operations in conjunction with testing, inspecting and reporting the condition of the weight handling equipment and perform repairs (as needed). All personnel performing tests and inspections shall be certified as determined by the U. S. Dept of Labor as being authorized to inspect, test and issue documents of certification on cranes, hoists, forklifts, chain falls and other weight handling and material handling equipment. All equipment is physically located within the service area of Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland at various Coast Guard Installations in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and North Carolina. Work will generally be limited to these areas but has the potential to take place nationwide. The performance period for this IDIQ will be (1) One Base Year with (4) Four Option Years. This procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses. No Bid Bond is Required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 54138, the Small Business Size Standard is $5 million.
