Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), New York District Officer, has a requirement for a site to hold its district conference for approximately 200 to 210 employees for the dates of September 10-12, 2002. Site must be located in the delineated area as follows: bordered on the west by Syracuse, NY, bordered on the east by Granville, NY, bordered on the north by Lake Placid, NY, and bordered on the south by Parksville, NY. Must be able to house approx. 200-210 employees for two nights, single occupancy. In addition, site must be used to accommodate the following: at least 50% of the employees must be housed at the main site; only one (1) additional site may be used to accommodate the remaining employees; the additional site must be within 5 miles of the main conference site; the main conference site must be the site that will provide the meals, breaks, and conference facilities for all employees as contracted; the additional site must have adequate parking to accommodate vehicles of the government employees that will be housed at the additional site; and the main conference site will be responsible for handling payment, logistics, etc., with the additional site, if an additional site must be used to accommodate the conference. Any interested parties must request Statement of Work no later that closing date of this announcement.
