- Solicitation for NSN6105009669782, ARG02079045002, Motor Direct Current , ITT Fluid Technology Corp. P/N: 106785B100, CAGE 73760. Specifications plans or drawings relating to the procrement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt. EST ANNUAL QTY 45, GUARANTEED MIN QTY IS 10, MAX ANNUAL QTY 70 EACH. MAX DELIVERY ORDER QTY 10 AND MAX DELIVERY ORDER QTY IS 25 EACH. Delivery: 90 days A.R.O. FOB ORIGIN WITH INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(Far 6.302-1). Sole Source. (FAR 6.302. Unrestricted. SOLICITAITON WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QTY CONTRACT WITH 4 OPTION YEARS. SOLICITATION ALSO INCLUDED A SURGE REQUIREMENT FOR THE QTY OF 106 EACH DETAILED IN SURGE LINE ITEMS REPRESENTING THE QTY REQUIRED IN THIRTY DAY INCREMNETS. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A SURGE PLAN, DETAILING HOW THEY INTEND TO MEET BOTH SCHEDULED AND SURGE QTY REQUIREMENTS. , ISSUE DATE IS APR 29 2002, CLOSING DATE IS MAY 29, 2002. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation.
