Specifications plans or drawings relating to the procrement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt. QTY : EST ANNUAL QTY 120, GUARANTEED MIN QTY IS 28 EACH MAX ANNUAL QTY 150 EACH. MAX DELIVERY ORDER QTY 28 AND MAX DELIVERY ORDER QTY IS 60 EACH. Delivery: 90 days A.R.O. FOB: ORIGIN WITH INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(Far 6.302-1). Only one source(Note 22). Intended source Smith Aerospace Inc Electronic Systems Div. Sole Source. (FAR 6.302. Unrestricted. SOLICITAITON WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QTY WITH BASE YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEAR AND, ISSUE DATE IS APR 29 2002, CLOSING DATE IS MAY 29, 2002. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation.
