- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement is USZA95-02-T-0013, and is issued as a Request For Quote. The due date is 15 April 2002 NLT 2:00PM est. The Government intends to award this acquisition sole source to APW Wright Line, LLC, 601-C Merrimac Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Note 22 applies. APW provided the existing office furniture and can easily be reconfigured and moved throughout the office. It is necessary for the new furniture being requested to be compatible with the existing furniture and configurations. The requested furniture will be delivered to the Technology Applications Program Office, Bldg 401, Lee Blvd., Ft. Eustis, VA 23604. the date of delivery will be determined prior to an award. The list of furniture items can can be downloaded at this site and from the Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Contractors must register in IBOP in order to be able to submit a quote. Quotations for this solicitation will be accepted via IBOP website or by e-mail (only if IBOP is not available at the time quotes are due). The solicitation document, provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2002-04. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (to be completed and submitted with offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; and 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System assigned code is D0A1. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337214, and the size standard is 500.
