- NAICS Code: 532112 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement to lease six (6) each Toyota Prius Electric Hybrid Vehicles on a brand name or equal basis. At a minimum the hybrid vehicles shall include all standard features in addition to cruise control, carpeted floor mats, all scheduled maintenance requirements to be included as part of the lease, and the vehicle shall be able to seat at least four (4) adult passangers.
