- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting quotes for (1). 4ea. Clamp Plate Printing start Blatt 13 Drawing no. 594.906.2 R/P for The I-8 presses no. 63302903/04/05/06; BEP stock no. 2M024673. (2). 4ea. Clamp Plate Printing stop Blatt 13 Drawing no. 594.907.3 for the I-8 presses no. 63302903/04/05/06; BEP stock no. 2M024672. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 and 13 shall be used. This notice constitutes the only solicitation/written request for quotation that will be issued. The request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is 55-02-69. Delivery shall be within 45 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the BEP D Street Between 13th & 14th Street S.W. Washington DC 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price and other factors e.g. past performance and quality. All interested businesses are requested to submit a quote on SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, duns number and size status (i.e., large, small business, disadvantage business or woman owned business). Quotations are due April 19, 2002. No later than 1:00pm.
