- NA The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a sole purchase order to DP Enterprises for the procurement of 13 Test Kits for the MK 25 Mod 2 Underwater Breathing Apparatus Diving Rig. The MK 25 Mod 2 UBA diving rig is used by USMC combatant divers. DP Enterprises is the manufacture of this test kit and is the only known and only authorized source for the test kits needed. Only those articles that have been successfully tested are qualified. Procedures are specified under SS521-AA-MAN-010 U.S. Navy Diving and Manned Hyperberic Certification Manual. The objective of this process is to verify that the life support system provides acceptable levels of safety throughout the specified operating range when approved operating and maintenance procedures are followed. The intent of the process is to provide m aximum reasonable assurance that an accident will not occur and establishes maximum reasonable assurance that the user may be recovered without injury if there is an accident. DP Enterprises is the only company that has been qualified by cognizant authority to provide the MK25 Mod 2 Diving Test Kits. NAICS cod is 451110 and size standards is 500 employees.
